Our Process
It is perfectly normal to experience a little anxiety when you are thinking about a technology purchase. "Am I putting together the right system?" "Am I getting the best price?" "Will my system be outdated in a couple of years?" All valid concerns, but let us put your mind at ease.
The our Process is simple- just like our products and solutions. It involves 4 easy steps that we will carefully guide you through. Our experts will take the time to make sure you understand exactly what you are getting.
Back to topStep 1- Design Center Consultation
The first step is to meet with you and any other decision makers at our Design Center. Together we will discuss your ideas and review your plans or blueprints. This first step is sorta' like a first date where we get to know each other. We will learn more about your lifestyle, your needs and desires. We will then use that information and demonstrate the solutions that we can provide and that matter most to you.If you are comfortable with making your selections at this point we will generate a Budgetary Estimate for you to take home and review, but if you need more time we understand and you will experience no pressure. It is very important to us that we get off to a good start, so we will take the time to work with you until we get it right.
Step 2- Formal Proposal & Acceptance
Once we have the Budgetary Estimate exactly right will start an Engineering Review and we will schedule a site survey (if necessary) to ensure we have all the information necessary to generate the Formal Proposal. The Proposal will outline all the features we have discussed. Once we have a signed copy and a deposit check, we will be able to get to the fun stuff- your installation!!Step 3- Installation
One of our Project Managers will work closely with you or your builder to ensure everyone is on the same page about what needs to happen and when. Our CEDIA certified installers will take care to ensure your installation is correct. Our technicians are clean, curteous, honest and respectful of your property and privacy.Generally there are 3 phases to each installation; prewire, trim and finish. The phases are based on the building schedule for your home. Experience has taught us that there is no consistent way to accurately forecast and schedule our work in advance. Therefore, one of our Project Managers will keep close tabs on the progress of your home's construction and will work with you and the General Contractor on scheduling. We require two weeks notice to be able to add a job to our installation schedule.
Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Work can be scheduled outside these hours for an additional charge.
Step 4- Completion
Once your project is complete, we will do a full system review with you to make sure the system does everything the Project Proposal states it would. You will get a Certificate of Completion and a complete tutorial on the operation of your new system. We will spend the time to make sure all of your questions are answered. Then we will follow up in a couple of weeks to check on you and answer any questions that might of come up.
